Lodge Manager

Our Lodge Managers are required to understand and implement all areas of our business. They are responsible for the efficient operation of their assigned Lodges & are accountable for the efficient operation of the project, contract compliance, compliance with corporate policies and procedures, compliance with governmental rules and regulations, and client, partner, government liaison. They are have overall financial responsibility for the Lodge’s operation.

Lodge Administrator

Our Lodge Administrators Check guests in and out of accommodations and provide administrative and clerical support to the project. Duties may include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. They are the face of our company which projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Head Chef

Our Head Chefs are the key to our culinary operations. Supervising the entire food service staff, while overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals for crews or residents in small operations, or managing the duties and responsibilities of the culinary team in large operations.

Chefs (Culinary team)

Our teams of Chefs are responsible for our culinary offering to our guests, they will operate a range of modern kitchen equipment and are expected to apply culinary flair using the best fresh produce, both regional and seasonal.

Janitorial Team

ACLP Janitorial team’s key focus is on maintaining clean and sanitary industrial common areas and ensuring a welcoming environment to our clients and their guests.

Housing Team

ACLP Housing Dept. work hard to ensure that our resident’s accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and prepared to ensure guests return to a clean and welcoming room.

HSEQ Coordinators (Safety Coordinators)

Our site based HSEQ people are there to provide quality Safety support to the site leadership in execution of our operations. They are also involved in specialist training and provide comprehensive audit tasking across our food operations.
